This privacy statement explains what happens with your personal data when you book an appointment at Rich Barber (Biesboschstraat 8, 1078 MS Amsterdam), in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR/AVG).
When you book, we ask for your name, email address and phone number, plus the date, time and service of your appointment and any note you add. That is all — no accounts, no payment details, no tracking cookies.
Only to manage your appointment: confirming it by email, contacting you if something changes (for example a cancellation), and knowing who is in the chair. Your data is never used for marketing and never shared with or sold to third parties.
Bookings are stored in Rich Barber's own booking system, hosted on a server in the European Union. Confirmation emails are sent through our email provider. Only the barber has access to the booking data.
Booking data is kept for a limited period after your appointment for the shop's own administration, and is then deleted.
